Payment methods
PayPal is the only payment provider available on the Saigonmade website. Complete your payment through PayPal during checkout.
Pay with PayPal
Select PayPal at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. Any funding options shown within PayPal are processed through PayPal.
How to complete your payment
- Review your order. Check the items, delivery address, shipping charges, and total shown at checkout.
- Select PayPal. Follow the prompts to continue to PayPal and sign in if requested.
- Review and approve. Choose from the payment options PayPal makes available to you and check the amount before confirming.
- Finish checkout. Follow any remaining prompts to return to Saigonmade and complete your order. Check for your order confirmation and keep it for reference.
Not sure whether payment went through? Check your order confirmation and PayPal activity before trying again to help avoid a duplicate payment.
Payment questions
Do I need a PayPal account?
Follow the options displayed by PayPal during checkout. If PayPal offers a guest checkout option for your purchase, you may be able to pay by card without signing in. This option is not always available, so a PayPal account may be required. See PayPal's guest checkout guidance.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Use a card only if that option is offered within PayPal for your transaction. Card availability is determined by PayPal. Saigonmade does not offer a separate card payment gateway on this website.
What if my payment is declined or pending?
Review the message and payment status in PayPal, then follow any instructions provided. Contact PayPal for help with your account or payment authorization. If you need us to check whether an order was received, email us with your order number, if available, and the email address used at checkout.
What if I paid but did not receive an order confirmation?
Check your spam or junk folder and review the transaction status in PayPal. If you still cannot find a confirmation, contact us with the email address used at checkout and your PayPal transaction reference, if available, so we can check the order before you pay again.
How do I request a return or refund?
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable terms and contact us with your order number. We will review your request under that policy.
