100% Jelly powder
1. MIX – Mix well one packet of Hoang Yen Jelly Powder and 200g of fine sugar together and stir well. (Note: Reduce sugar if use it for Weight Management) Pour 01 littre of water into the mixture and stir well. (Optional: Add in colouring or flavouring of your choice)
2. BOIL – Boil the mixture for 5-7 minutes.
3. POUR – Put cut pieces of fruits into moulds and pour the solution into the moulds.
4. CHILL – Put moulded jelly solution in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
Other ways: You may make different cakes by mix Hoang Yen and milk, cocoa flouring. Also, you may use set Hoang Yen Jelly solutions to prepare Jelly fish salad
